Andhra Syle Benda (ladies finger) Upkari with Peanuts.




Wash & pat dry Bendi’s. Cut them into ½” pieces.

Heat oil in a kadai add some peanuts & fry to brown keep them aside.

Add a little bit more oil and add sasam, broken red chillies, curry leaves & a pinch of hing. Add the bendi cover & cook till done. Add peanuts & mix well.
