Carrot-Onion-Radish-Tomato Koshimbir/Salad.



Peel the skin of 2 carrots and 1 medium sized radish and grate them. Chop 2 onions and 2 tomatoes. Add salt and mix all well. 

For Seasoning : Add 1 tblsp of oil in a small pan, when hot add 1 tsp of rai, when they splutter add two green chillies chopped to pieces, pinch of hing, 4-5 curry leaves and add to the salad / koshimbir. Mix all well and serve with Dal-Rice/ Pulav.
