Coriander + Mint + Amla + Dates + Raisins Chutney goes well with any dish.
Grind to a smooth paste with little water…….about 2 full cups of coriander leaves, ¾ cup of pudina leaves, 4-5 green chillies, 10 pieces of dates, ½ cup of raisins (soaked in water for 30 minutes) 1 tblsp fresh grated coconut (Optional) & 4-5 chopped Amala (cooked a bit). Add one salt as required.
For seasoning: Heat oil about 1tsp add rai when splutter add in a few curry leaves & pour over the chutney. Serve with any dish of your choice.
