Chooda in 5 minutes.......
Micro wave 3 cup of thin pova for 2 minutes. Stop at 30 secconds & mix well each time. The timings may vary from machine to machine.
Heat about 2 tblsp of oil in a small kadai & add 1tblsp rai when they splutter add in 3-4 chopped green chillies, then 1/2 cup of ground nuts & ¼ cup of putani, keep stirring all the time add 10-15 curry leaves, ½ tsp hing & ½ tsp haldi powder. Add this to the pova & mix well. Add salt to taste. Add a bit of powdered sugar to taste too. Mix all this very well & leave to cool. Chooda is ready. Store in air tight container. Takes hardly 5 minutes.
