Caramelised Nendrabale kele/Banana.



Peel & slice one Nendrabale banana into rounds. Heat 1tblsp ghee in a kadai. Add the banana & fry till cooked on low heat. They should get fried a bit on both sides. Add 1 tblsp of demerara sugar (you can add ordinary sugar too) & mix well. 



Cook till the sugar melts. Add cardamom powder & a bit of saffron. Mix well, remove from heat. Caramelised bananas are ready to be served.
