Sweet Sabudana Kesari Milk..
Wash & soak 1/2 cup of sabudana for 1hr. Add 2 cups of hot water & bring to boil. Continue cooking on medium heat till it thickens. Keep stirring. Add 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar (as per your taste), a few strands of saffron & bring to boil. Add a pinch of cardamom mix well. Serve chilled.
Note: This is not Dudh Pak/Sabudana Kheer. The consistency of this is thinner.
