South Indian Yellow Cucumber and Jackfruit seed Sabji with lots of Garlic.

South Indian yellow Cucumber + Jackfruit seeds Seasoned with lots of Garlic & Red Chillies.


Cut about 3 cups of yellow cucumber/magge into triangular cuts with the skin on into thin slices. Wash well & keep aside. 


Remove the skin & cut into lengthwise pieces 6-8 jackfruit seeds. Pressure cook these seeds to 2 whistles with half cup of water.


In a kadai heat 1 tblsp oil & fry about 10-12 peeled garlics, when they turn brownish add 2 red chillies chopped to pieces mix well add in the jackfruit seeds with the water & the yellow cucumber pieces & salt. Mix well cover & cook till done.
