Chop 2 medium sized cucumbers and 2 medium sized onions into even pieces. Add 1" grated ginger and 2 chopped green chillies. Add one cut beaten curds and 1/2 tsp of salt to this.
For Seasoning : Heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan, when hot add 1tsp rai, pinch of jeera, 1/2 tsp hing powder, pinch of crushed pepper, 5-6 curry leaves and pour over the salad. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
