Gulab Jamun Stuffed with Gulkand ............


A twist given to the Gulab Jamun which resulted in simply the most yummiest dessert. 


This is a simple yet very tasty dish. Just prepare Gulab jamun as per the instructions on the pack. You can choose any ready made packet available in the market or prepare the same whichever way you usually prepare. Just add some gulkand, say about the size of a small marble inside the jamun when rolling into shape and deep fry carefully. Rest of the method same as ordinary gulab jamun.


I have added saffron and cardamom to the gulab jamun syrup while preparing the syrup.


You can add some Gulab Jal (natural rose water) too after the syrup is cooled down. It gives fantastic aroma. Do try it on small quantity (as trial) out of the Gulab Jamun made by you.
