Egg Omlette stuffed with Minced Crab Meat.


Take eggs & beat them till a bit fluffy adding a pinch of salt. Now add finely chopped green chillies & onions. Add some crushed pepper (not powder). Mix well & keep aside. 

Chop crab meat stick (available in supermarkets) into fine pieces. Add a bit of crushed pepper to this & mix well.

Now heat a pan add ghee & the beaten egg mixture. Spread nicely to a round dosa. Cover & cook on slow for some time till the top of dosa cooks a bit (not fully). Now uncover and add the crab meat on half of the omlette & flip the other halt over it to form a semi circle. Press the omlette on the sides with spatula to make a tight packed omlette. Fry crisply on both sides. Serve hot with bread/pav & ketchup.

Note : The top base of the omlette should not be cooked fully or else the dosa will not seal properly on all sides. And will open up when you remove it from tava.
