Veg.Cutlets + Grilled Onions with Coriander-Mint Chutney and Tomato Ketchup



Recipe for Veg.Cutlets: Microwave ½ cup peas, 2-3 beetroot, 1small carrot, few beans all chopped into fine pieces. Add 2-3 mashed potatoes (pressure cooked to 3-4 whistles). Add salt, Dhania-jeera pd. Garam masala pd. Chilli pd. Amchur pd. & 2tblsp cornflour. Mix well & make into desired shape cutlets. You may keep these in the fridge for some time. Roll on the cutlets on all sides on fine chiroti rava mixed with rice flour . Shallow fry to golden. Serve withe coriander chutney & tomato ketchup.
