Radish Corn Salad.



Beat one cup of thick curds. Add in one big onion(chopped fine), 1 grated radish, 1 cup of corn (micro waved for 2mts- cooled), 1-2 green chillies chopped, 1” grated giner, coriander leaves(chopped fine), Salt to taste & mix well.

For Seasoning: Heat 1 tsp oil, add in ½ tsp of urad dal when colour changes a bit add 1 tsp jeera & 1 tsp rai. Add 2tsp of peanuts (already dry fried), 1tsp hing pd. & few curry leaves. Pour over the curd mixture. Mix well & keep it in the fridge to cool.
