Curd Rice with Curry Leaves Chutney




Cook rice & add the required amount of curd to it. Add some grated ginger & carrots. It should be semi thick.

Heat 1 tblsp oil fry a handful of peanuts & keep aside in the same oil add jeera, rai, cut green chillies, little bit of crushed pepper(Optional), hing, curry leaves & pour over the rice. Add in the peanuts, salt & coriander leaves. Serve chilled/or at room temperature.
