Cauliflower-Coriander Fritters



Grind 1 cup of coriander leaves with 3 green chillies. Mix in one cup of maida, 2 tblsp of cornflour, 1 tsp besan Salt to taste, ½ tsp Chaat Masala, ½ tsp hing, pinch of soda to form a thick batter.

Keep it in fridge for some time. Cut cauliflower into florets of dsired size dip the batter & deep fry.
