Onion + Tomato + Curd Salad / Raita ........
Chop 2-3 large sized onions finely. Add to this one large sized or 2 small sized finely chopped tomato. Add 2-3 finely chopped green chilly and 2-3 tblsp of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Add salt to taste, pinch of hing powder, ½ tsp coarsely crushed pepper powder, 1 cup of thick beaten curds and mix well. Salad is ready.
Serve as an accompaniment with any dish like Pulav / Dal-Rice / Praratha / Ragda Pattice.......
