Cut about 3 cups of cauliflower into florets, wash & rinse well.
Heat 1 tblsp oil in a kadai add pinch of the followin rai (sasam), jeera, methi, urad dal, black sesame(til), haldi powder, hing powder, curry leaves, peanuts(fried one’s) and fry well, add 1 tsp of sambar powder. Add in the cauliflower mix well. Add salt and cook on slow fire till 75% done.
Add ½ cup of cleaned, washed and finely chopped methi leaves. Cook till both the cauliflower and methi leaves are done.
