Nachani Egg Onion Rava Dosa


Nachani Egg Onion Rava Dosa 
An Innovative dosa............not a normal one.........tried giving a different personal touch to the otherwise normal Rava Dosa by adding Eggs.


Slice finely 1 big or 2 med.sized onions lengthwise and keep ready.

Beat 2 eggs well with 2 tblsp of Maida, 2 tblsp of nanchini powder, 3-4 tblsp of fine chiroti Rava. Add salt to taste, 1 tsp grated green chillies, 1 tblsp of grated ginger, 1 tsp of roughly crushed pepper powder, 1 cup of water and Mix well. 


The batter should be of pouring consistency thinner than dosa but a bit thicken than panpole batter (neer dosa batter). Now heat a pan add some ghee pour about 1 cup of batter gently in to form a nice round, Spread on a nice layer on top of this the thinly sliced onions. 


Cover and cook of medium Flame till the top of the dosa get cooked. Add some drops of ghee on top of Dosa, specially on the onions and flip the dosa, press well gently so that the onions touch the tava to get crispiness. Let cook on the other side too. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
