My Special Sandwich Chutney with Coriander + Fresh Green Garlic + Dry fruits.
The following ingredients are to be ground to a smooth fine paste with little bit of water only…….
1 packed cup of coriander leaves + 8-10 pudina leaves + 8-10 fresh green garlics springs + ½ cup of fresh grated coconut + 6-7 green chillies (as per your taste increase/decrease) + marble sized tamarind + ¼ inch piece of ginger + 4-5 curry leaves + 15 pieces of seedless dates + 3-4 apricots (the seeds should be removed and apricot should be cut to small pieces - soaked or micro waved in little water for 3 minutes) + 15 cashew nuts + 5 Almonds + ½ cup of raisins (washed) + salt to taste.
Add water if necessary and make the chutney to a thick and smooth paste.
This Chutney goes very well with Sandwich. You can also serve it with Dosa/Idly/Paratha.
