Spinach and Jackfruit Seeds Bhaji - Garlic fry.
Clean and chop 4-5 cups of spinach / Vali into small pieces. Wash it well once again and leave in colander to drain. Peel the skin of 10-12 bikkand / jackfruit seeds and cut lengthwise to two pieces.
Heat 1 tblsp oil in a Kadai, add 10-12 cloves of garlic and fry till brown add in 4-5 red chillies cut to pieces.
Add the chopped spinach and Jackfruit seed, mix well, keep it for 5-10 secs on high heat and then lower the heat cover and cook till done.
Add salt to taste and garnish with fresh coconut gratings and mix well.
Serve with Dal chawal.
