Visonu / Surmai / King Fish Fry.
Wash and pat dry the fish well. Make a mixture of little bit of tamarind paste, chilli powder, salt with a pinch of haldi powder and hing powder. Apply this paste to the fish & leave to marinate for some time preferably in fridge.
Deep fry or shallow fry after rolling it on fine rice powder of very fine rava. Serve hot.
