Sabudana+Rava Bhakri and Sabudana+ Rava+ Nanchane Bhakri with Mixed fruit Jam Tambuli.




For the Bhakri : Soak one cup sabudana for 30 minutes in plenty of water. Strain well. Cover and keep aside for 2hrs. Add salt, finely cut green chillies, 1tsp grated ginger, 1tblsp of chopped coriander leaves, 2 cups of Bombay rava, 1-2 tblsp of multigrain atta,  1 tblsp of curds & salt mix well and make it to a thick bhakri consistency with water. You can add grated cucumber & carrots (I have added ¼ cup of grated cucumber only). 

For tampering: Heat about 1tblsp oil add rai when it splutter add some chopped curry leaves & hing powder add to the bhakri mixture and mix well. 


Remove small bhakri's on tava adding little bit of oil on all sides and on top. I have a mini uttappa tava with 7 small sized dents. Which I use for making bhakri / sanna polo etc. Flip over and fry on the other side. Serve with chutney / pickle /butter.


For Nanchani Bhakri : Add about 3 tblsp of nachni powder to the same above batter, add water if necessary and remove bhakri's in similar way.
