Crispy Karela Fries / Kur Kuri Karate Podi.


Kur Kuri Karate Podi/Crispy Karela Podi's/Crispy Bitter gourd fries ... 



Wash the Karelas well and patt it dry with a towel. Cut into circles (not thick). Apply salt, chilli pd, little bit of tamarind water (Optional), pinch of haldi powder (Optional). Mix well cover and keep aside for sometime.



Roll each piece in dry rice flour or thin rava and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.



Another Method is you can add in the flour with the other ingredients to for a very thick paste and add to the karela’s and leave it aside for some time. Then deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
