“Today’s Simple Lunch : Ginger-Garlic-Curry Leaves Spiced Chutney Powder (Pitti), Saffron Flavored Rasgulla, Coconut- Ginger (Alle’) Chutney, Alsande Bee- Knol Khol- Vali Dentu ghalnu Kolumbo (Black Eyed Peas- Knol Khol- Malabar Spinach Stems Sambar), Udidu ani Tandla Idly (Black Gram- Rice Idly)” … love having Idlies for lunch specially when there is both sambar and chutney served along with it, as it is very tummy filling ... and off course loved ending the meal with those spongy sweet rasgullas as a dessert … Yummilicious …
** A simple lunch but with a dessert as I had prepared Rasgullas for the first time and they had turned out excellent. Kept my lunch simple as we love to relish Idly for lunch with some sambar with any pulses and veggies. Without running into more details sharing the links to recipes of the items in the thali posted.
