Solo Meal : Vali-Magge Koddel with Red Boiled Rice.


"Today's Solo Meal/ Lunch : Vali ani Magge Koddel (Malabar Spinach and South Indian Cucumber Garlic seasoned Curry) served with Ukde SheetHa (Red Boiled Rice) and roasted papad (papad from stores)" ... masala curries are so tummy filling that it keeps me going till next day ... Yummilcious .... 

** Once again a simple “Solo Meal” lunch with just one spicy curry and red boiled rice. Some curries are best enjoyed as it is without much of accompaniments or the taste get lost and trust me this one is just that. This one curry served with rice is enough to satisfy that hunger for hours together. I always make it a point many a times to serve such curries simply as solo meal with rice and my platter is done with, maybe a roasted papad and I am really done. As you all know the world is under tremendous pressure and Mumbai in Maharashtra has been hit too badly and this post somehow got delayed from posting almost by an month. I am trying my best to cope up with the pressure of life and I am sure all of you are too. Be strong, be brave and fight the battle with faith and positive attitude.
