"My Simple Veg. Thali 196 : Alphonso Mango (Aapus Ambo) Slices, Beetroot- Carrot- Tendle- Piyava Bhutti (Semi Dry Curry), Mitkesang- Batate Upkari (Cluster Beans- Potato Bhaji), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" ... preparing a full meal after some days today ... Yummilicious ….. 

** It’s simple veggie meal with favorite aapus ambo/alphonso mango to end the meal with. During this lock down period our area being under red zone almost nothing is available in my locality as I mentioned in my posts many times. Well, let us not dwell on the same and depress ourselves, there is so much more to life and one needs to be positive, otherwise how would a friend of ours whose business is not all of mangoes decides to suddenly bring them and give it to us too. Money is never the criteria in life, it should always be humanity. That is what always counts finally. Anyways here is my simple lunch today with my favorite dish, bhutti prepared with a few leftover veggies. I am sure all of you are trying your best just like me to cope up with the pressures of life during this crisis time. Stay strong and let’s all keep faith in God, I am sure things will definitely improve in the coming days.
