Heat 1 tblsp oil in a kadai, add 1 tsp rai (sasam) when they splutter, add 4-5 red chillies broken to pieces, 4-5 curry leaves, pinch of hing (Optional). Add in the pressure cooked beetroot, mix well and let cook in its own steam till well mixed and done. Add 2-3 tblsp of fresh grated coconut and cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with Dal-Rice.
