My Delicious Fish Thali~ 181.

"My Delicious Fish Thali~ 181. : Visonu (Surmai/ King Fish) Fry, Sungata Hinga Uddaka- Narlele Tela Randai/ Hummana (Prawns Curry with Asafoetida- Coconut Oil), Cabbage- Piyava (Onion) Bhutti (dry curry), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" ... Here is a delicious Sunday lunch for fishitarians and for vegetarians there is Bhutti ... Yummilicious ….

** Well, its Fish thali that’s sure to be loved by my fishitarian friends. After a long time I purchased sungata/ prawns and visonu/ king fish/ surmai. Somehow I really cannot manage to prepare Non-Veg dishes that many times as I would like to, as I am jam packed with work nowadays and Non- Veg preparations do take time on cleaning, grinding masala etc. though cooking time is comparatively lesser. But, nevertheless this is a delicious fish thali that we enjoyed relishing. Prawns tasted great after a long time and I had already made preparations for cabbage- onion bhutti, so prepared the same too, as I wanted to finish off the veggies before I went in to buy new stock. Once again all recipes of the items in the thali are already posted in the Blog before, so will be sharing the links to each one of them below. Do check out on those that you would love to try out using the search options too as there are many more combos posted which you should give a thought too before you try them out. Thali posts are just to give a rough and fair Idea of a combination of dishes to be prepared either on weekdays or when you have some friends or guests coming over for lunch/ dinner.
