Breakfast : Dates (Khajoor) Banana Mangalore Buns, Seasoned Sevai, Chutney, Tea.

"Breakfast : Dates (Khajoor/ Khajur) Banana Buns/ Poories, Seasoned Shevai (sun dried sevaiyan), Coconut Ginger Chutney and Strong Ginger Tea (Kadak Adraki Chai)" ... I feel extremely happy when experiments in my kitchen turns out successful ... one more variation of Mangalore Buns prepared today that turned out very spongy and it not only tastes scrumptious but is also sugarless as I have added khajur ... Delicious Tummy Filling Breakfast ... Yummilicious ......

** Here is a delicious breakfast combo that can be relished during weekends as lunch is always eaten later than usual during holidays. Recently whenever I prepare Buns, I also prepare some other breakfast dish to combine along with it as I do not want to end up eating more of these fried poories to avoid consumption of more fried dishes. In my hometown where families consists of large number of members, this is the way it is usually prepared and so was it in my home too. Too much off fried dishes are not good for health and if you eat it in lesser numbers then the tummy remains hungry too which should not be the case with breakfast. Nutritionist always insist that breakfast being the most important meal of the day should be the heaviest compared to other meals through the day. I will straight away share the links to the recipes of the items in the picture above, do go through the same and try them out and remember to give me a feedback if possible.
