My Ugadi/ Gudi Padwa Festival Thali~186.


"My Ugadi/ Gudi Padwa Festival Naivedyam Thali~186 : Harve Kele Podi (Raw Banana Fries), Kadgi Chakko (Raw Jackfruit Dry Curry), Kabuli Chano- Kand (Con) Upkari (Chick Peas- Purple Yam Stir Fry/ Bhaji), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice), Madgane with Ras Vodo (Chana Dal Payasam with Fried Rice Vadas" ... for the first time in 31 yrs had to cut down on preparation of Vadapa, but then under the present situation rationing of food too is necessary, so kept the Naivedyam simple ... God Bless All with Good Health to overcome the present crisis .... 

** Sharing my Ugadi/ Gudi Padwa Thali with all my friends here. As India is under lock down till April 14th I am unable to edit the post, but wanted to sharing my Naivedyam Festival Thali with all my friends. It is very disheartening situation for all of us, so I am sure all of you will understand my reasoning.
