#GPThoughts_N_Notes ... when a friend wrote a beautiful poem on how she relates to anklets clinging round her ankles it inspired me with some different thoughts ... here is my take on the same ...
"Echo of Tinkling Anklets or should I say Payal Ki Jhankar or may be Ghejjeya Nada" all mean the same but in different languages ...
** Anklets speak a lot and have a few stories of their own told by every Mother on a good old day ... the sound has woken many faces with a smile on face and love gushing from heart ... when the sounds come out of a cradle, it lets the mother know the child is awake and when it comes in more rushing about echoes, it lets the mother know her child is playing round the home, when the sounds stop suddenly the mother rushes out in search knowing well the child has fallen or is up to something and when the tinkling sound is a mere whisper it warns mother the child is sneaking out slowly ... but the heart wrenching reality of this tinkling sound is when it goes from loud to nil to be not heard anymore and the mother sheds a tear of happiness knowing well that her child has flown to a new nest ... but the story of tinkling sound does not end there ... they continue on their journey and have many more stories to say ... yes, a few love stories and a few of agony too, that which I would leave for another day ... the echoes of the tinkling sound of anklets never stops ...
