** Parfait is nothing but an assembled custard fruit salad along with jelly crystal, biscuits, cake etc. You can prepare them in any assembled format that you prefer. I am sharing links to previous parfait and custard fruit salad where in the recipes are already added on. The only difference with this one is that I have layered it at the bottom with store bought chocolate cake, topped it with strawberries, custard then a layer of jelly, assembled fresh fruits like chickoo (sapota), black grapes, strawberries, pineapple and then again added on custard and topped it with a little bit fresh fruit and dry fruits.
** You can choose any fresh fruits of your choice like apples, oranges, muskmelon, mangoes, green grapes, bananas, etc. and so also the flavor of jelly to your liking. I have used raspberry flavor here as that was the only flavor available in my stores nearby, well I must say red colored jelly do compliment well with lemon colored custard. Just see to it that all fruits, custard, jelly are chilled before assembling to serve. Also serve them in tall glasses and it enables in proper assembling of the same. Have a lovely treat of parfait with your family and friends on weekends or celebrate the same on any occasions of your choice.
