My Combo Meal Thali~ 276.


“My Combo Meal Thali~ 276 : Roasted Papad, Flat Beans Upkari (Bhaji), Khalambe Gojju (Brined Raw Mango Curry), Ukde SheetHa (Red Boiled Rice)” … when there is khallambe gojju, one really does not want anything else as side dishes … but then little bit of veggie a day is must, so prepared a simple upkari … Yummilicious …

** Here is a simple combo meal that tastes delicious and is easy to prepare. With approaching of summer slowly my Thali is moving into combo meals as it is difficult to not only stand and prepare dishes in kitchen with scotching heat, but also difficult to digest and also the tummy craves more for liquid or cooling dishes. Slowly curd rice, tambuli, saar upkari, kadhi will adorn my meals when summer reaches its peak, till then enjoy this one. Whith khalambe gojju (brined raw mango chutney) you really do not need any other dish to relish rice with though I do add in a compulsory side dish of veggie. Take care, drink plenty of fluids and keep the meals simple is my mantra for all in summer.
