** Here is a fantastic No-Onion- Garlic- Rice Combo Meal pattern for all my friends, sure to be liked by one and all at home as the thali is filled with tasty dishes that is loved by one and all. A great combo to be had during fasting/ upwas meal, oh, yes, in my community fasting usually means avoiding of onion, garlic, non-veg, rice dishes and a few more dishes while rest of the things like fruits, roti, sweet potato, potato etc. are consumed. I somehow never venture into complete fasting like some of my friends who go about consuming only water or fruits. Neither hubby nor me are comfortable with such fasting so we stick to one meal day pattern on such days and here is one my meal on such occasion. I am sharing links to each of the dishes and you may browse through the same and others too using the label section and try out various options.
