I strongly believe that where there is faith, there Love steps in and with love comes complete trust and then every day becomes Valentine's Day ... today morning my food group Konkani Delicacies which we fondly call KD crossed 31-K members~ a surprise gift on Valentine’s Day ...

** When your heart is overwhelmed with gratitude you just want to be thankful to all who traveled the Journey along with you step by step ... I am not good at art Deco, but did my best turning out our own Idlies which everyone loves into strawberry hearts while the coriander chutney turned into stems connecting them ... my way of displaying that all hearts are equally beautiful when they stay united reaching out to each other ... there is a little bit of thirst quencher equally tasty for all hearts to pull through the journey ...

** Feelings of love in every heart is beautiful, be it between mother and child, husband and wife, between siblings or amongst friends ... Our heart is the size of our fist yet it has the capacity to spread immense love and that is something we should be thankful to God for bestowing upon us as the most precious gift ... Always spread love, knowledge, kindness, happiness even if you do not get it back ... there is much more to life than unpleasantness and hatred ... learn to leave bitterness ahead and move ahead in life for the good of all …

** The picture shared above includes strawberry milk shake the recipe of which is already included in the blog before, please use the search option or label section for the same. The other dish strawberry idlies, I tried out for the first time. There is nothing much in it, I just added on a cup of thick strawberry puree to about one cup of thick Idly batter, mixed it and prepared them in heart shaped silicon molds to get perfect heart shaped Idlies. The taste does not differ much, I just tried these out for deco affect again which I am doing so for the first time.
