Thali~ 201 : Mango Slice, Sukkale Sungata- Batato- Piyava Songa (Sun- Dried Prawns- Potato- Onion Dry Curry), Beetroot Upkari (Bhaji/ Stir Fry), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)” … Songa is a spicy side dish from Konkani Cuisine prepared both in Veg. and Non.Veg and really does not need any other dish served along with it, so I kept it simple with beet bhaji and dal … here is my simple meal for lunch time … Yummilicious ….
** Here is my delicious Non-Veg Thali with dried prawns dry curry and dal that is very tasty and yumz. Beetroot Bhaji and dalitoy rice are the accompaniments to complete the thali along with a slice of mango as they are still in season now.
