My Veg. Amchi Thali~174.


"My Veg. Amchi Thali~174 : Ambe' Sattache Tambuli (Sun dried Mango Fruit Leather Chuteny), Vatano- Kooka Songa (Green Peas- Chinese Potato Curry), French Beans Upkari (Bhaji), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" ... going to enjoy all my favorite dishes for lunch today and take a good nap for one hour and then back to work ... Yummilicious ... 

** Simple Vegetarian Thali lunch with dishes from Konkani Saraswat Cuisine that has which always been a priority in my Blog. I want our delicious cuisine to reach out to people and want it to be relished as our dishes are not only healthy but also easy on tummy. In this thali the special dish of attraction is tambuli a chutney sort of a dish prepared with sun dried mango saat known as ripe fruit leather or aam papad in local languages. Chinese Potato is also a favorite of amchies and we love to add it on to curry dishes and also prepare it as simple bhaji too. I have already made individual post of the dishes in the thali and will be sharing the link to each dish below as is my usual pattern with Thali.
