** Today’s Thali is really a very simple vegetarian lunch with dishes from Konkani Saraswat Cuisine that has which always been a priority in my Blog. Thanks to all for loving thali posts and sending in messages. It has always been my wish to reach out to people and let them know of our wonderful cuisine and it gives me satisfaction when I get acknowledge for it with demand for more. I remember mentioning in one of my thali posts that recently many had asked me for simpler, lighter, and healthier dishes on thali posts. Well when I started with thali, I too in my enthusiasm cooked a little bit on heavier side which are good for weekends, but on daily basis something light is always preferred. Well I will be doing so off and on with both thali and solo meals so do keep a watch and remember to send me feedback by mail, I love reading them.

** In this thali the special dish of attraction is Cabbage Sanna Polo, a spicy dosa with addition of cabbage prepared in most Saraswat homes. However, here is my own method of preparing it instantly using flours and which saves a lot of time yet gives perfect results. I have explained the method in that particular post, which you can go through using the link given below. As is my practice with thali, her too, I have shared links to individual dishes below and you can check out those which you would love to try. They are not repeated as there is really no point in doing so as it is already posted elsewhere. Do go through the links of the individual dishes for the recipe and if you find any difficulty or are not able to follow something you can always leave a comment or mail me, I will be glad to help. Do try out the dishes and enjoy with your family and friends.
