"My Veg. Amchi Thali 177 : Kirlailele Matki- Piyava Koshimbir (Sprouted Moth Beans- Onion Salad), Kadgi Chakko (Raw Jackfruit Dry Curry), Kottambari Pallo- Harvo Tomatoche Gojju/ Tambuli (Coriander Leaves- Raw Tomato Chutney), Tomato Saaru (Saar), SheetHa (Rice)" ... A delicious tummy filling Sunday lunch with season's first chakko / raw jackfruit dry curry (bhaji) and tikshe amshe gojju/ tambuli/ chutney along with healthy sprout salad ... Yummilicious ... 

** Once again sharing a simple but healthy vegetarian thali for all my friends who like to have simple, nutritional, healthy dishes on daily basis. A tummy filling meal that can be relished without any guilt as vegetables rule in the items posted. Kadgi Chakko ie Raw Jackfruit dry bhaji is a famous dish from Konkani Saraswat cuisine that rules the roost when in season almost in every home. We love it so much that we never tire of relishing. Then there is gojju ie a chutney sort of dish that is a tongue tickler with any dish with its khattha, meetha, teekha taste that is again loved by all. The added bonus is the raw sprout salad that is high in protein, so in all a very healthy and tasty thali dishes according to me that will definitely be loved by one and all at home. I will not run into any details whatsoever here as those who consistently follow my blog are always aware of my approach towards food. In all a meal that is sure to satisfy everybody’s template.
