** Delicious thali with amchi vegetarian dishes from Konkani Saraswat Cuisine for lunch. Sometimes without forethought's you end up with a tasty fantastic meal that was not at all decided and that's called God's grace. I had cooked only rice and the curry as I had loads of cutting veggie work to be done for preparing nonche/ pickle which took a good 2 hours so decided against bhaji and had left for office but somehow today I came back sooner around 1 pm as usually I come home only after 2 pm, also hubby had gone out and not yet reached back I had a good one hour in hand so decided to finish that bhaji and tava fries so that we could have a good lunch and take some rest before I went back to office again.
