My Simple Thali 218.


“My Simple Thali 218 : Kirlailele Mooga Upkari (Sprouted Green Gram Bhaji), Pagila Podi (Spine Gourd Fries), Alsande Bee- Gardudde Kolumbo (Black Eyed Bean- Bottle Gourd Sambar), SheetHa (Rice)” … making most pagila as the season is almost coming to an end and we love these fries and also want to finish of my pulse stock using them in various dishes every next day … a simple tasty- healthy lunch … Yummilicious … 

** A Simple delicious meal that is high on protien as both sprouted green gram and black eyed beans contain plenty of them along with other health benefits. Spine gourd fries are almost a favorite of all and I enjoy them when in season preparing them frequently.
