Red Amaranth Leaves-Dried Prawns Curry with Boiled Rice.


“Solo Meals : Tambadi Bhajji- Sukkale Sungata Ambata/ Red Amaranth Leaves- Sun dried Prawns Onion seasoned Curry served with Ukde SheetHa (Boiled Rice) and Roasted Papad (store bought papad)” … it’s dried prawns curry once again and this time prepared with fresh tambadi bhajji right from the local farm … when its aromatic prawns you just don’t need more dishes for lunch so keeping it simple with just one curry and rice … Yummilicious … 

** Once again a simple “Solo Meal” lunch with just one spicy curry and boiled rice. Some curries are best enjoyed as it is without much of accompaniments or the taste gets lost and trust me dried fish dishes are one such dishes best relished single as it is. This one curry served with rice is enough to satisfy that hunger for hours together. I always make it a point many a times to serve such curries simply as solo meal with rice and my platter is done with, maybe a roasted papad and I am really done.
