"My Healthy Shravana Masa Veg. Thali~ 208 : Poddale Kootu (Snake Gourd- Lentil-Coconut Curry), Kottambari Palle Gojju (Coriander Leaves Sweet Chutney), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), Godu Povu (Sweet Beaten Rice), Taak (Buttermilk) and SheetHa (Rice)" ... Delicious lunch with all Amchi Konkani Saraswat Dishes ... Have a blessed Shravana Masa/ festive month with your family ... Yummilicious ... 

** Today being the first day of the beginning of the Sharavana Masa a holy month from Hindus we prepare a sweet dish specially sweet beaten rice or any other sweet dish along with dishes that do not include onion- garlic or non-veg as they are prohibited on this day. Well, here is my simple thali that was prepared on first day, though a delayed post, but nevertheless a simple yet lovely meal that is very satisfying and soul warming.
