"My Simple Veg. Thali 173 : Roasted Spicy Mini Papad (Store Bought), Batate Katla Upkari (Potato Bhaji), Cauliflower Bajo (Bajia/ Fritters), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" ... today had loads of other work, so it was simple lunch but satisfying indeed ... Yummilicious ....

** Well, this time again I am sharing a simple vegetarian thali with all my friends. I have been asked to post easy chicken dishes also in my Thali combo meals. Well, the point is noted friends and will do so soon, do give me sometime. I am highly obliged to all of you for all the lovely feedback, suggestions, requests, queries and tips that you all keep sending.  I do understand that it has been veggies for a sometime now without any non-veg food which many of you so much love to have and I assure you I will definitely make up for it in the coming month. A meal definitely should be satisfying to taste buds to each ones likes is what I strongly believe in. But again there are times when we want to go really light after months of continuous festival food that takes toll on the body and for that simple vegetarian meals are the best as they are not only light on the tummy but easy on digestion too. This time it is a simple thali while I assure soon I will definitely try to include more yummier recipes shortly. Till then enjoy this one with your family and friends, as this thali includes bajia/fritters which no one can say no to. It sure is the favorite side dish of young and old alike. I always like to add in a few bajos to my meal when I keep it simple with dal-chawal with some upkari/bhaji as it gives a lift to the meal. Sharing links to individual dishes below as is my standard pattern with Thali. Do try out the various combo patterns or dishes in the Blog and enjoy with your family and friends.
