My Simple Healthy Veg. Thali 172.

"My Simple Healthy Veg. Thali 172 : Onion- Carrot Raita, Cauliflower with Dentu (Stems)- Potato (Batato)- Green Peas (Vatana) Gashi (Curry), Tendle Talasani (Gherkins/ Ivy Gourd Bhaji with Garlic), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" .... Yummilicious ......

** Once again sharing a simple but healthy vegetarian thali for all my friends who like to have simple, nutritional, healthy dishes on daily basis. A tummy filling meal that can be relished without any guilt as vegetables rule in the items posted. I will not run into any details whatsoever here as those who consistently follow my blog are always aware of my approach towards food. In all a meal that is sure to satisfy everybody’s template. Sharing links to individual dishes below as is my standard pattern with Thali, Do try out this combo or mix and match any dishes posted and make your own combination while keeping in mind a little bit about the same. Thali is awesome when dal-chawal along with a veggie bhaji, a gravy dish and salad is included. You can add in a roti if you would like to have the same too. In my home we usually do not mix roti and rice at same meal, though occasionally if I have guests who like that way I do prepare, but on routine days it is either of the two as I believe that it is best consumed that way. But you can off course follow your own pattern which you have grown used to as food is to be relished to your satisfaction and not on anybody else suggestion.
