“My Delicious Non-Veg. Thali~ 293 : Ambe Peshi (Mango Slices), Taikile Muddo- Piyava Usli (Tora Leaves steamed Idly- Onion Spiced Upma), Air Fried Karate’ Podi (Bitter Gourd Fries), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), Tikshi Motte Gooli (Spiced- Mashed Boiled Egg Chutney Ball), SheetHa (Rice)” … carried forward dish prepared with Muddo turning it into equally tasty usli served along with other dishes to make into a completely delicious thali … Yummilicious …

** My Today's Thali is actually a vegetarian one, though I have titled it under non-veg as it includes a simple delicious Egg dish which vegetarian can exclude. These days many Vegetarian do include only egg into their meals as they are either asked to have them for health reasons or they prefer to consume them for their high protein content if they are into heavy body building exercise as eggs are a complete meal in themselves with almost all nutrients. Anyways, in my home we love eggs in any form and this is the first time I am preparing it into a gooli chutney form and it tasted wonderful. 

** As for Ambe Peshi/ Mango slices, Alphonso season is almost over and others are in market now, so enjoying different varieties of mangoes till available. A slice of mango relished after meals is really wonderful and I always wish that they were available all round the year. But then, good it is not as everything when relished in limits is only good for health and habit too. In all a delicious meal, with air fried bitter gourds and the most favorite taikile panna muddo- onion usli.
