** Hello friends, I hope all of you are doing fine, I know its difficult period for all of us added to it is the monsoon rains that seems to be creating havoc. Saturdays are usually NO- Onion- Garlic- Rice days for us for sometime now. Not a hard and fast rule and also no fussing if we are outside and need to eat whatever is available, but by and large I have included certain days that we now maintain this method of eating so that we can include more mix and match dishes and relish the same going for lighter food. Today its just chapati with a few dishes for accompaniment. Chutney I decided on last minute as I had taikilo/ tora leaves which otherwise would turn yellow and run waste. Wastage of food is simple NO-NO and this chutney will run for a few days for me to be served at breakfast time too.
