** Somehow days seem to be passing and before we realize it is over six months since we are home bound though we are still working when the pressure demands. Life has taken a toss and it is defenatley not what it was and sometimes you feel so helpless when you want something but can’t reach out to it. There are days when you simply don’t feel like doing anything or there are loads of other work that needs to be done or takes priorities. So, I make it a point to prepare some dishes in sort of short cut methods which falls very helpful at times when I need to give attention elsewhere. So, its simple meal today, I had patrado leftover masala to which I added finely chopped onions and prepared spicy sanna polo for lunch along with some bhaji and saar upkari. Sharing links to all the recipes in thali as is my usual pattern with Thali post. Please check out that which you would like to try out and enjoy it with your family and friends.
