** A simple solo meal that is rice served with delicious saaru/ saar and a simple bhaji. Sometimes either due to external pressure or internal issues one cannot cope up with much cooking. Saaru can always be run into two days for serving as most of the time it tastes better the next day as the flavors will have infused very well. The amaranth leaves bhaji however is fresh as those leaves are easily available in my vicinity. Take Care, Have a lovely day.
