My Simple~Healthy Veg. Thali 147.

"My Simple~Healthy Veg. Thali 147; Pagila Kismori (Fried Spine Gourd/ Teasel Gourd- Onion Salad), Chano- Kananga Sukke (Whole Bengal Gram- Sweet Potato Masala Curry), Beans Talasani (French Beans Garlic Bhaji), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" ... Tummy satisfying delicious Amchi Jevan/ lunch ... Yummilicious ....

** This is a simple yet very tempting Veg. Thali meal loved by all in my home. A healthy one, I would say as all the dishes are prepared with just a little bit of oil. For the kismuri though the pagila/spine gourd is traditionally deep fried and used, I always microwave it with just a tablespoon of oil, which turns out the entire dish healthier. The garlic seasoned french beans bhaji is also a very healthy one wherein the veggie is just stir fried. If you are health conscious this one is for you. The sukke a semi dry masala based curry is prepared with whole bengal gram and sweet potato. Sweet potatoes and chana are both considered to be very health. Well, we loved this meal, do try out and enjoy with your family, they are sure to love it too. Without running into more details will directly post the links to the dishes in the thali as is my practice with Thali post, as all dishes have been already blogged.
