Delicious Veggie lunch … Yummilicious …

** Today, I am sharing a simple GSB/Konkani Saraswat meal that is great on taste and good on tummy too. Simple dishes are sometimes always a delight to relish on and give heart warming feeling specially during festive season. Shravan is a month when there are back to back festivals and it all takes toll on the body. In our enthusiasm of preparing the dishes, we forget control over eating portions and then end up feeling to full or un-energetic. This leads to tummy upsets etc. and then the problems start rising. So it is necessary to keep the in between festival meals simple yet tasty, to enjoy a better health option. I always follow a few days after the festival with very simple meals, at times I even prefer only dahi bhaat, but being monsoon season curds are a little bit not welcome in the home fearing catching of cold or cough. Well, to cut short, it's a simple meal today. I will not run into any details here about the individual dishes as they are already written in the relevant posts and also, I do not want to bore my readers with repeated stories. Sharing links to the recipes in the thali individually, and all you need to do is click on the link for the same. Do try out this delicious dish and enjoy with your family and friends.
